PICK UP AND DELIVERY PROGRAM

1. Please ensure that your vehicle has gas in it.
2. You will be given the option of paying by credit card over the phone or coming into the dealership and providing payment when you pick up the vehicle  Shuttle service will be available to pick up customers who choose the second option of payment.
3. All vehicles will be picked up after 9 a.m. and be returned before 4 p.m.
4. No cars will be picked up in bad weather. We will give you a call to re-schedule your appointment. All owners will receive a copy of the Repair Order, MPI and walk around inspection sheet. A walk-around inspection sheet will be left in your vehicle.
5. A Representative from the Dealership will call you the day before or the morning of the appointment to ensure keys and car location. 

7. Vehicle must be in one of these areas:

   • Jefferson City Limits
   • National Guard/Prison complex
   • ABB/North Jefferson City
   • Apache Flats
   • Moreau River (South)

    

   PICK-UP AND DELIVERY PROCESS

1. Form must be filled out and signed by the vehicle's owner, including the daytime phone number where you can be reached.
2. A Service Advisor will call the customer with an estimate of the repairs and will call you when you vehicle is ready.
3. If paying by credit card, cashier will process credit card, then give the paperwork to the delivery driver, the delivery driver will leave the paperwork in the vehicle for you.
4. We will deliver back to you by 4:00 p.m

Please use this link to print the necessary form for your Vehicle pick-up.  All you need to do is print, complete, and leave this form in your vehicle on the dashboard prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
